Impactful, positive change
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Hub is a vital resource created to foster inclusive dialogue, learning, and collaboration across government, business, and community sectors in Canada. Developed by the Pearson Centre as a multi partisan think tank, the Hub serves as a central platform for accessing research, tools, and strategies that support DEI initiatives. It is designed to assist policymakers, leaders, organizations and individuals in addressing systemic barriers and promoting equitable opportunities for all.

The project is led by The Pearson Centre for Progressive Policy and supported by the Government of Canada, funded by Heritage Canada, and is available in English and French and provides resources in several formats to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Recognizing the diversity of experiences within equity-deserving groups, the Hub focuses on topics related to specific populations defined by the Canadian federal government, including Black, People of Colour and Visible Minorities, Indigenous Peoples, women, people with disabilities and also prioritizes 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, and newcomers to Canada. These groups face unique challenges and opportunities, and the Hub provides resources tailored to learning, storytelling, education and actions to encourage inclusion.
We acknowledge the intersections across these identities, understanding that individuals may belong to more than one group, experiencing overlapping forms of discrimination or privilege.
Whether you are developing policy, seeking education, or striving to create inclusive environments, the DEI Hub empowers you with the knowledge and tools to make impactful, positive change and create a culture of inclusion for ALL.
We welcome your feedback on the resources you find here.
