African Communities of Manitoba

The African Communities of Manitoba Inc. (ACOMI) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization dedicated to fostering unity, empowerment, and cultural enrichment within the African Canadian community across Manitoba. Established in 1996, ACOMI serves as an umbrella organization for individuals and groups of African heritage, promoting mutual understanding and social inclusion. Their programs address various community needs, including youth mentorship, employment training, newcomer settlement support, and cultural preservation.
