Michael Bach

Michael Bach is a globally recognized expert in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. He founded the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), CCDI Consulting, and Pride at Work Canada. Formerly, he served as KPMG Canada’s national diversity leader and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer for KPMG International. A celebrated LGBTQ2+ advocate, Michael has earned numerous accolades, including the Inspire Award as LGBTQ Person of the Year. His books Birds of All Feathers and Alphabet Soup are bestsellers, with Alphabet Soup shortlisted for the American Bookfest’s Best Book Awards.
