The Pearson Centre’s 2026 Annual Laureate Dinner brings together community leaders, policymakers, and other guests to celebrate leadership and public service. The Honourable Jean Augustine, P.C., C.M., OOnt, CBE, has been named the 2026 recipient of the Pearson Laureate Award. She receives this honour in recognition of her extraordinary leadership, lifelong commitment to public service, and enduring contributions to equity, education, and social justice in Canada and beyond.
