The Canadian Flag Represents Love

For me, the Canadian flag represents love. It’s the flag of the country I have proudly called home my entire life, where all my family reside, where I have made countless friendships, where I have made lifelong memories, where I have witnessed the beauty offered from Ontario to Alberta and where it has given me many opportunities to make the most out of my life so far. However, it doesn’t just represent love because of my personal life, it also represents love because of its acceptance of many cultures, religions and ethnicities. Canada is a multicultural society that welcomes all people with open arms, encourages peace, love, hope and inclusivity and proudly demonstrates love to all who choose to be a part of our big Canadian family.
