This year the topics will include:

  • The Economy: what the heck is happening?
  • The Future of Work – post pandemic and long-term challenges
  • Addressing polarization in society and politics
  • Making E-Vehicles a reality: the roles of the various players
  • Health care challenges – privatization and pharmacare
  • Addressing the growing polarization in society and politics
  • Supply Chain challenges in Western Canada

The format:

The conference will take place over five days, with a series of webinars and in-person events, panel discussions and interviews, making it convenient for people to participate, from across the country.  A conference report with highlights will be issued shortly after.

(FYI: The Pearson Centre Spring Conference is scheduled for March 20-31, 2023 and will have several sessions.  It will focus on short and long term economic and social policy issues, and be a combination of in-person events and webinars.

There will also be webinars, other events and research projects ongoing through the year.]
